The EU-wide DPP registry is live. All DPP service providers must be able to connect and submit passport data via API.
The European Commission’s own DPP Registry page says that the Registry “is live as of 20/07” (availability for general use), one day after the statutory setup deadline of 19 July 2026 (Article 13(1)), which we cite. Refers to the same milestone.

Every EV, LMT, and industrial battery placed on the EU market that has a capacity exceeding 2 kWh must have a machine-readable Digital Product Passport with data specified in Annex XIII.
