Yes. The free DPP uses the same ESPR-aligned schemas, W3C VC 2.0 signing, and GS1 Digital Link structure as the paid plans. The only difference is that it covers one product and the hosted page expires after 48 hours unless you create an account.
Do I need to know anything about EU regulations to use the generator?
